Returns / Exchanges Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Return Policy:

1. You must email before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization.  Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

2. Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to our address noted in our reply email or phone call within 3 business days of return approval, along with the accompanying packing list. Please note on the back of your packing list the reason for the return.  All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adult personal toys, costumes, thongs/panties, swimsuits and hosiery/bodystockings are not returnable. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

Once an order is "in progress step" it can not be cancelled.  The only exception to cancelling an order is if the item/items you purchased was back-ordered and you do not wish to wait for it.

A non-negotiable restocking fee will be charged to all refunds and exchanges.

Restocking fee for all lingerie items is the larger fee of $5.00 per return, or 10% of your total purchase.

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all shoes, boots, leathers and vinyls. Shoes and boots must be returned in their original shoe box. Mailing labels must not be directly affixed to original shoe box.

Costumes purchased in the month of October are NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE, however you may exchange it for the same item in a different size if needed.  During all other months costumes are only returnable for store credit. 

Please email us at info@sexywishes.com to inform us of the return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  If an item is returned for exchange, an exchange restocking fee of $5.00 will apply for all USA orders, $8.00 for Canadian orders and $15.00 for International orders, to ship your exchange item back out to you (reduced from our normal shipping fees). If an item is returned due to a manufacturer defect in workmanship, shipping will be covered by SexyWishes.

3. Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item(s) purchased and any tax that was previously paid (shipping fees are non-refundable) within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the retured item(s).    Credit Card Security: Our Customer's Personal Credit Security is very important to us! SexyWishes utilizes a secure server system through INet Payment Services and backed by Verisign which assures our customers that all information is encrypted and password protected to ensure the safety of your information. Credit card information is solely for the purpose of completing the transaction initiated by the customer, and this information is held strictly confidential.

Privacy Policy: Any information or email addresses provided by customers or subscribers of SexyWishes.com is strictly confidential and will not be divulged in any manner to any source, or sold to any third party for any reason. We feel very strongly about this and there are no exceptions!  

Methods of Payment: SexyWishes uses a secure shopping cart for your protection and ease of shopping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover processed through our secure transaction system. All charge card transactions will be billed as "CM Concepts", the parent company of SexyWishes, on your credit card statement. If you have a discount or gift certificate code to apply to your order, this may be done at the time of checkout and your discount or gift certificate value will be applied to your total. Florida residents will be charged a 6.5% state sales tax.
