We ship via UPS Ground. If you need express shipping please email us at info@sexywishes.com or add it to your comments when checking out.
Please Note: Any orders placed on Friday after 5 pm EST - Sunday or any Holiday will be processed the next business day.
**All packages are shipped under the name of CM Concepts (our parent company) with no reference to "lingerie" or "SexyWishes" to ensure our customers' privacy. Any credit card charges will reflect the name CM Concepts.**
Processing/Delivery Time
In-stock items are shipped out within 24-48 hours . International and Canadian orders can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on customs clearance and destination.
If you order an item that is not currently in stock, it has already been re-ordered by our normal inventory replenishment system (automatically reorders items once the last item has been pulled). These orders are received in our warehouse within 7 business days. Therefore any items that are "on order" will take approximately 7-10 business days for delivery to the customer. If you need an item by a certain date, please call or eMail us and we will be glad to let you know the status of that item and if it can be shipped immediately.
If an item is "backordered" (not immediately available from the manufacturer), we will inform you of that backorder and an approximate expected delivery time. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, your in-stock items will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse.
All domestic orders:
* Over $125.00
* Shipping to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address
* Shipping to an alternate address other than the billing address
* Needing additional delivery confirmation as determined by SexyWishes
will be sent with "Signature Confirmation" for delivery and must be signed for.
USPS Express Mail (International/Canadian)
All Canadian (delivery in 5 to 14 days depending on customs clearance) and International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail with Signature Confirmation required. **Shoes and Boots will only be shipped to USA domestic addressses due to customs regulations and fees.** Internationally shipped orders can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the destination.
International/Canadian orders will be charged $10.00 to all orders and that will then be applied to the actual shipping amount.
Actual shipping fees will be calculated and communicated to you, via email, prior to shipping for approval to charge the additional shipping cost to your credit card and continue to process your order. We do not offer Next or 2-Day Delivery with International or Canadian shipments.
Address Correction Charge Please make sure your ship-to address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. If any shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will incur another shipping charge to get your package to you with the corrected address and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when your package is shipped back out. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.
Insurance & Delivery Confirmation
Every domestic shipment includes USPS Delivery Confirmation in the shipping fee. If you would like to insure your package, the fee is $2.00 per every $100.00 of insurance requested. Please email us after placing your order and your package will be insured and the fees added to your order total. All Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail that will obtain a signature for every delivery.
Packaging Your Order
We use special padded shipping envelopes, poly bags, or boxes to protect your order and privacy.

Your shipment will include a copy of your order detailing the items that are included and will note any items that are ordered/backordered.
IMPORTANT: A "shipped" email will be sent to the email address provided with your order stating the method of delivery, date of shipment and any available tracking/confirmation information. Please ensure that you have provided us with a correct email address as this is the method in which we will communicate with you regarding your order.
* Please note: Any additional duties, custom charges, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be payable prior to acceptance of your shipment. For security reasons, we cannot ship any Canadian/International order to any address other than the billing address on the order and can not ship to Canadian/International P.O. Boxes.
